About Mostly Brooklyn
Hey hey! My name is Manning Leonard Krull. I’m a web designer, illustrator, musician, and writer, but definitely not a photographer. I live in Williamsburg, a great neighborhood in Brooklyn. If you know the area a bit, I live in the relatively quiet part over by the Graham Avenue subway stop, as opposed to the more lively Bedford Avenue area.
I moved to Brooklyn (this time) in March of 2010. I also lived here once before, for part of 2007. I was born in New Jersey, lived in Philadelphia during my twenties, and then moved to Paris, France in 2005. I lived in France for about five years before moving to Brooklyn this time around. Paris is a passion of mine, and I still maintain a site/blog called Cool Stuff in Paris.
I now live in Brooklyn with my beautiful French girlfriend and two handsome French rabbits. I work from home, and when I’m not working, I like to wander the neighborhood taking pictures of weird stuff. Hence this site. While I generally spend most of my time in Brooklyn, I do venture into Manhattan and the other boroughs occasionally, so some of that stuff will pop up in this blog from time to time too.
Please feel free to e-mail me any time. You can also check out my professional site (please hire me!), stalk me on my personal blog, and follow me on Twitter. Mostly Brooklyn has its own Twitter too.
Thanks for stopping by! See you around the neighborhood.
~Manning
