Oh good heavens, there’s a new sign on the window downstairs! You may remember a week or two ago I posted about the hilarious “Do not vie for cat’s attention” sign on my downstairs neighbors’ front window. Well, since then I’ve seen the kittens myself — it turns out there are two of them! — and they’re completely adorable, and they’re always either napping or trying to kill each other on the windowsill, so I can see why the locals are having a hard time stopping themselves from standing there and ooh-ing and ahh-ing. But tapping on the windows of someone’s home, that really is amazingly rude, don’t you think?

Yup, they’re a very nice young couple from Texas, just moved here right before me and M (the building just opened in February, and I think we were the last tenants.)
